The summit is designed for licensed medical professionals including ophthalmologists, dermatologists, cosmetologists, plastic surgeons, and residents or fellows in these specialties. Medical students are welcome with a Student ticket.
Yes. The conference will be conducted in English, Spanish and Ukrainian. Simultaneous interpretation will be available for the main plenary sessions. Workshop materials will be provided in all three languages.
All tickets include access to all plenary and track sessions across both days, conference materials, name badge, certificate of attendance and access to session recordings.
Yes. Upon completing your registration and payment, you can request an official invitation letter from UGAMC which can be used to support your visa application for Spain. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event receive a full refund minus a €25 processing fee. Cancellations 30–60 days before receive a 50% refund. No refund is issued for cancellations within 30 days of the event, however tickets may be transferred to a colleague at no charge.
Groups of 5 or more delegates from the same institution or clinic receive a 15% discount. Please contact us directly at the email on the Contact page to arrange group registration and invoicing.
The conference is being submitted for CME/CPD accreditation. Details will be confirmed and published on this website once accreditation is granted. All registered attendees will receive a certificate of attendance which can be submitted to most licensing bodies.
